Sally Beauty is known as the beauty supply haven for many women across the nation. As the beauty category grows and expands outside of traditional, brick and mortar retail stores, Sally needed a way to not only compete, but remain relevant among its core consumers.
We were able to work closely with the brand team to help revitalize several of Sally’s flagshipbrands – while reimagining the aisle space within stores. One of our first projects included work on the Silk Essentials brand. We helped identify the core beauty “fashionista” and found ways to create packaging for her that would make her feel as if she was achieving her lofty hair goals.
In addition, we created a new social media strategy for the Silk Elements brand that would allow a new brand voice to shine through.
